Game Day Doozies!

So here is my first recipe, and it's pretty AMAZING! This is my first ever stab at cookies from scratch and they were super easy and they rocked.  I made a batch of white chocolate chip red velvet cake dark milk chocolate drizzle cookies aka "gameday doozies" to bring to a friend's house today.
Gameday Doozies!

I decided to call them gameday doozies because we are huge UGA fans in our home and these cookies nood the old red and black. From the red velvet cake to the white chocolate chips and the combo of milk and dark chocolate drizzle these cookies are to die for.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 dark melting chocolate bars
  • 4 milk melting chocolate bars
  • 1/2 container cream cheese frosting
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients to create cookie dough
  3. Fold white chocolate chips into dough
  4. Form dough into 24 teaspoon size balls
  5. Place balls 1" apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (slightly pat down top of each)
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Shorter time for chewier cookies, longer time for crispier cookies.
  7. Melt chocolate bars according to package directions.
  8. Drizzle milk chocolate and dark chocolate over cookies
  9. Place cookies in fridge to let chocolate set (at least 30 mins.)
  10. Ice the bottom of a completed cookie and sandwich it with another.... now you have a GAMEDAY DOOZIE!
ENJOY
