Nursery Complete!

I am so excited to finally have the nursery complete. Well, it may not be totally done but after the baby shower it will be! The main thing we need to round out the room is the rocker to go by the crib. I need to buy a table cloth for tha small round table... then it will be complete, but for now it is way close and that makes me happy! There has been a lot of Love, Sweat and Tears go into the making of that room. I have to thank everyone that helped me with it again:
* Uncle Mike Camp
* Uncle Kissy Poo Cordero
* Aunt Duh Scarcella
* Aunt Hollie Crisler
* Mommo P My loving mother!

Third Trimester Mishaps

So it seems with the start of a new trimester comes a challenging obstacle... BLEEDING!! (recap: at the end of my first trimester I had a Subchorionic Hemorrhage and bled while my mom and I were in Charleston looking at houses. The hospital experience was worse than ANYTHING I had ever experienced in my life. Luckily I had a great OB in OK that talked me through everything, and my mom was with me so I wasn't going through it alone and end the end... everything was fine!) Well just as I was preparing to welcome the LAST trimester of my pregnancy, I am greeted with another bleeding episode! I have no problem with a period, or explained bleeding; HOWEVER, when you are 7 months pregnant and no one can tell you what is going on or why its going on it gets VERY scary and very frustrating. I was in the hospital twice while home for Christmas and I made James stay home to take care of my rather than going to a friends wedding. That really ate up some time while we were at home that we would have like to spend with friends! Anyway, The bleeding continued once we got back to Charleston and I saw more doctors... none of which could tell me WHY! Luckily, since the last episode (two weeks ago) I have not had any bleeding... YAY!!! Hopefully, that was the end of whatever it was and I can enjoy the last months of my pregnancy. While I do love being pregnant and feeling him move around all day (& Night!) I can't wait to meet him and see what he looks like and share him with everyone else in our lives.

Welcome Back...

TO ME!!! I am finally back on the blogging bandwagon after being with out steady Internet since I moved here. Don't worry there was no illegal activity going on, I was trying to pick up wireless connection but the signal was not strong enough to allow me access for more than a few minutes at a time. Sorry it has taken so long, but I wanted to make sure I had time to go through and update everyone on everything. I am going to try and keep the blog in chronological order, so that will be why some posts will be post dated.

31.5 Weeks Ultrasound

I've had a few minor complications in my third trimester and had to go see a specialist. While at the visit they did a very in depth ultrasound on Wyatt. He was just over 4 lbs. and around 16" long and his feet are 6 cm or 2.4 in long. The ultrasound tech was really cool and gave me some photos on a disc so that I could take them with me. She also reconfirmed that he is in fact a boy and has even figured out for himself that he has little boy parts... of which he likes to play with! Hey you would be bored in a belly for 9 months too, don't' judge him! haha, I thought that was so crazy no clue that babies actually fondle themselves in utero... who knew?! Anyway I hope you all enjoy the Ultrasound pics as much as I do!

Lack of Blogging

On behalf of Sam (and baby Wyatt), sorry for the lack of blog posts! The cable man comes next weekend to install all of the technological goodies in the house. Until then, "borrowing" someone's slow & weak internet signal from 4 houses away is the only option. So apologies for the lack of postings and updates about all that is going on in Charleston. But the blog will be back up & in full swing shortly.
