Due Date

**Gentlemen, you may not want to read below**
Okay, right after we found out we were pregnant I wanted to know HOW FAR... Since we had been trying since January 1 I had a record of my period, ovulation and other "key" things in getting pregnant (fill in the blanks)! I have not ever been on the pill therefore; my body has a very irregular regular schedule. I have a period every +/- 24 days for 4 days, which means I ovulate 11 days after the start of my period. That being said I gathered that we conceived on or around June 27th, the FDLMC was June 16th. The math equation that I computed to find my due date... based on my cycle and ovulation rate was MARCH 18th, however... when we went to the doctor (the first time) he said the my due date was MARCH 23rd, only 5 days different I know but for me that is a lifetime! He did say that he did not take into account my cycle length or ovulation rate just the FDLMC, so I am betting the baby will arrive early to mid March. On the other hand, the say there is nothing like a mother's intuition! Well my mom seems believes that the baby will come even early than that... not preemie, she just thinks I am further along since I am so HUGE! She says the baby will arrive between Feb 20 and Feb 28th... so we will see who is closest (without going over)! My sister-in-law's birthday is Feb 24th and my dear friend Amanda (aka BFNC) is Feb 22nd, so to have a baby near either of their birthdays would be a lot of fun.

OB Visit No. 2!

We really enjoy our OB, he is a very nice guy! I was anxious in going to the doctor because my James would not be there with me, he was on TDY in Washington state! Luckily Dr. McFadden agreed to another ultrasound, I love getting to see my baby and watching as he/she grows. It was really funny to watch the Dr. laugh as the baby was moving around and turning flips! My favorite pic is the one where the baby has his legs crossed in the air. The Doc kept reffering to the baby as he... maybe he knows something that we don't!
